The Apple iPhone 4G was released to the world on June 24, 2010 amidst much fanfare, and this Apple iPhone 4G review will tell you whether it was worth the wait or not. A sufficient amount of time has passed since the release of the phone, and now would be a good time to determine if this model has been a success or a failure.

Though there are many iPhone 4 problems that have plagued some users, especially the problem of the dwindling network signal, this has still been the most successful iPhone model so far. This can be attributed to the change in the look of the phone, the addition of some form of multitasking, the improvement of the camera and most importantly, the implementation of the amazing Retina-Eye display screen, amongst other iPhone 4G features.
Apple iPhone 4G Specifications

Before we get into a detailed Apple iPhone 4G review, let us see the specifications of the device. This includes the hardware and the software that is available with the device. The phone has a 3.5 inches display screen, and this comes in at an industry best 640 x 960 pixel density. The screen is a capacitative touchscreen, and it is known as the Retina-Eye display, which is by far the best screen you will see on any mobile phone in the market today. You will also get a standard 3.5mm audio jack and a much improved 5MP camera with LED flash.

You can get the phone with either 16GB or 32GB of memory, and you also get all the standard provisions like GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. The video recording is carried out at an impressive 30 fps rate, and you also have a secondary camera in the front. This is to be used for video calling (also termed FaceTime by Apple), but this can only be done between two iPhone 4G's over a Wi-Fi network. You also have an impressive 1GHz Apple A4 processor.
